Prices are including bed linen & towels, usage of a pool car, water, electricity, television and safe. 

If you think one week is a little bit too short, it's also possible to book for 10 days.

Airport deliver & pick-up service:
Transfers from and to the airport of Alicante cost € 60,00 per transfer per apartment.
Per apartment we charge € 15,00 extra per person per transfer for the 5th and 6th person.

On holiday by yourself:
In case you want to come alone that’s possible as well.  We charge you with the price per week of 2 persons minus 40%!
If you need a carer to join you during your stay, we have addresses of volunteers who can accompany you.

Transport:
In the price of the apartments, free use of a pool car for local shopping is included.

End-cleaning:
Mandatory cleaning at the end of your holiday costs € 60,00.

Introduce a new client:
If you can introduce a new client to us, you will get 1 day for free for every client at your next holiday at La Sonrisa.

Deliver & pick-up service:
For reasonable prices we will take you to and pick you up from where ever you want to go.  A cheaper alternative is to go with the bus. There is a bus stop near the entrance of La Sonrisa. On request the bus will be equipped with a ramp. We recommend to make a transfer to a bus seat if possible.

Luggage service:
In case you are alone and it's impossible to get your luggage yourself we can assist you. We only do this in exceptional situations and should be asked for in advance!

Half board:
Do you want to really have a holiday, than you can apply for half board when you make your reservation. We will serve you breakfast and diner. You can also choose for only breakfast or diner. The prices are:
* breakfast: € 7,50 per person per day
* diner: € 17,50 per person per day

Personal care:
You can rent based on self-care or all included. A certified carer is always available and on request special nursing can be arranged (no 24 hour care). For personal care we will charge you € 25,00 per hour. This may be funded by social services if you qualify. Please let us know in advance which type of care you need.

Airco:
From January 2007 there is the possibility to rent an apartment with airco at an extra price of € 50,00 per week. The airco runs till 10.00H in the morning and from 19.00H in the evening till midnight.

Security money:
On arrival after paying the security money of € 250,00 you will receive the keys of your apartment and safe. Refund of the money will take place after the end check-up and hand in of the keys.

Laundry machine:
Per holidayweek you can use the laundry machine one time. Extra use will be charged at EUR 5,00 per time.

Heating:
During the winterperiod, there will be an extra charge according to your gas consumption.

Cancellation insurance:
It's recommendable to take insurance in case of cancellation.
