The holiday resort "Villa La Sonrisa" is located near the peaceful village of Finestrat,
just a few kilometers from the
popular holiday town of Benidorm.
Take the CV767 and drive towards the village of Finestrat,
and
you will soon
find that
the noise of that
busy town has been
replaced with the whispering sound of pine trees, the
sweet
smell of wild herbs
and the love songs of
crickets. Turning your wheelchair west,
offers a different view:
the hills surrounding Finestrat. |
The "Puig Campana", a 1410m-high mountain,
protects La Sonrisa from the north side. Wait until sunset and you'll enjoy a splendid view of the illuminated mountainside near Finestrat. Hollywood couldn't do better. The finca is positioned at 180m above sea level. On a hot summer day, a cool breeze brings some relief. During the winter period, the house is protected from the cold winds, so temperatures can easily reach 20°C, making our climate ideal for hibernation.

The house is divided into 3 separate apartments; one of these is occupied by the owners. The fourth apartment, situated somewhat apart from the others, offers more privacy. At the west side of the building, a large covered terrace (80m²) together with a 150m² open-air terrace partly shaded by pine trees, provides ample possibilities to socialize with other guests. The pool and sunbathing area are
about 500 m²
in size.
A barbecue and a small outside kitchen await any ambitious "Chef de cuisine".
